This policy explains what SGM collects, why, and the choices you have. In short: we only use what you give us to answer your requests, we keep as little as possible, and we never sell your data.
Your location settings and watches are saved in a private space linked to your account, which only you can see, and on your own device. Your account and data are stored securely with our database provider, Supabase. AI answers are produced by Claude, made by Anthropic: what you submit is sent to Anthropic only to produce your answer. Alerts are sent through our email provider (Resend) and text message provider (Twilio).
SGM does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your device remembers a few settings, such as the last tab you used, so the app opens where you left off.
Depending on where you live, including under UK and EU data protection law, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how it's used. You can delete everything SGM has saved for you right now with the button below, or email us.
SGM is not intended for children under 13.

SGM gives general guidance produced by AI. It is not legal, financial, medical or professional advice. SGM can be wrong or out of date, and it never confirms that something is safe or genuine. Always check important decisions with the organisation involved, using contact details you find yourself, or with a qualified adviser.
Find suggests websites and organisations run by other people. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, offers or conduct. Check a site's address before signing up or sharing details.
SGM Free includes Check, Find, the support checker, up to 3 watches, up to 3 reminders, 3 uses of Save and Decide a month and your last 10 results in History. SGM Pro costs £12.99 a month, charged to your card through our payment provider, Stripe, on the same date each month until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Settings; you keep Pro until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't refund part-months, except where the law gives you a right to cancel and get a refund, such as within 14 days of first subscribing in the UK and EU. To ask for one, email sgmlifeos@gmail.com. If we ever change the price, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you.
We're always improving SGM, so features may change over time. We work hard to keep SGM running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available.
To the extent the law allows, SGM is not liable for losses that come from relying on its guidance. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that the law says can't be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing any protection you have under the laws of the country where you live.
